Brownfield Development by Decontamination and overlapping of Landscape and Education
The Brownfield of Mlaka has because of its great location and access to water a lot of potential. In this project, the brownfield will be developed into an overlapping area of education and landscape. These are the following goals of this project:
- Port Revival by opening the Port for the Public and using Seawater as Resource for Energy
- Generating Jobs by integrating different Programs
- Education by creating an Education Campus
- Repopulation by offering a pulsating City-Life and attracting young People
